Zoffio is a large online office supplies company. Dunst was responsible for grounds up design and development of the digital assets of Zoffio including website, and Mobile apps. Executed over a 5 month period this assignment was involved in expanding the business of Zoffio to include both B2B and B2C
Initial strategy discussions were held to outline the vision and purpose of the redesign activity. The business goals were also identified. Dunst interviewed focus groups and internal stakeholders to collect feedback. Interactions were designed to capture the business processes and optimized. These inputs were incorporated into the new Wireframes and then mocks ups were submitted for client approvals. Dunst also created Mobile application designs and integrated the web portals HTML pages into the E commerce system. The final result was a B2B and B2C ready application interface with an optimized business application flow.
