Dunst is revamping entire net banking of Canara Bank for its consumer and corporate users. We modernized the design, created clear entry points for user, resolved hidden and hard to find features and clarified value proposition in terms of features and benefits of Internet Banking.
Once the stake holders were identified, Dunst initially presented mock up themes of a few critical banking screens that showcased optimization of certain banking processes. We then analyzed the UI design requirements and designed the screens based on the mock up themes. This project involved close coordination with one of the big 5 consulting firms and a major banking software vendor.
